Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order 1 day prior to shipping date. However, if your gift is on route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. Also same day delivery and orders may not be canceled.

Returns
Please check your gift and rose box when you receive it. You are able to return it back to our design studio in maximum of 3 hours from the time you received the rose box and we will make a replacement or refund you back.
